E16 time cards feature Tru-Align printing technology to provide remarkably consistent results. High-quality, 150 lb. tag stock is designed with an increased width for easier insertion. In/out indicators on the outside edge allow simple print alignment. E16 time cards are designed for use with the Lathem atomic time clock (sold separately).
(1)Electronic time stamp features two-line printing and fully customizable text messages to support any document stamping requirement. Configure up to four different print sets and choose which one to print on the fly using the push buttons on the case. Customize the date and time including 4-digit years, 24-hour or 1-12 AM/PM, regular minutes, 1/10 of an hour and even seconds to fit your exact needs. For unique document identification, a programmable 8-digit number can be appended to any print set and configured to advance and repeat based on your requirements. All print formats and custom text messages can be configured online and programmed to the unit using a standard USB flash drive eliminating complex button setup. Heavy-duty print mechanism supports up to half a million imprints for long-lasting performance. Key-locking case and programmable passcode provide tamper-resistant security.

(1)Reusable, RFID proximity badges are designed for use with the Lathem PayClock PC600 Touch-screen Time Clock, Special Recognition 700 and PC10. These badges are identical to those included with the original PayClock Express Kit. To use the PayClock Express system with more than 15 employees (up to 50), you can purchase additional sets of badges separately. These radio frequency badges also work with the Lathem LX100 door locks so you get one badge with two applications.

Heavy-duty construction is made of durable steel and ABS materials that allow it to withstand harsh environments and high cycle volume use. High-contrast LCD clearly displays the time and date for easy visibility. Automatic printing allows simple, one-handed operation for convenient use. Tru-Align technology senses when the time clock's printer is aligned correctly with the proper space on the time card to ensure that your employees make the perfect-punch on their time cards every time. Innovative rotary knob lets you quickly set up print formats, set time formats and select English, French or Spanish language settings all in less than 5 minutes. SmartClock technology with perpetual calendar retains your time, date and settings during power outages, and auto-adjusts for Daylight Saving Time and Leap Years.
(1)Time cards fit Lathem Electronic Totalizing Time Recorders 7000E and 7500E. Universal two-sided cards are numbered consecutively from 1 to 100 for all pay periods and job costing. They do not fit in standard-size, 9"" time card racks. They require a smaller pocket, 7"" card rack (sold separately).
(1)Time clock system features a full-color, touch-screen display for a simple way to let your employees and managers manage their time and attendance directly on the time clock. Supervisors can add employees, edit punches and send messages to individuals for fast, effective workforce management. Your employees have the ability to indicate department transfers, enter tip amounts, and view their total hours and benefit time information. Built-in web-ready services, when connected to your existing Ethernet network, allow you to use the time clock through your network and with no need for a dedicated PC. Plus, your employees can use the clock with the convenience of swiping a proximity badge, optional key fob or entering a personal PIN. Lithium battery backup stores employee punch data and settings for up to eight years so if your Ethernet network goes down, employees can still clock in and out and record their time.

The 7500E also synchronizes time to the U.S. atomic clock and automatically adjusts for Daylight Saving Time for accurate results. Time recorder calculates actual or rounded time and supports an automatic break deduction from daily totals. Automatic print alignment and auto-sensing of card front and back eliminates operator mistakes and reduces time required to punch in and out. The internal lithium battery maintains the time, card totals and program settings for up to three years without power. Time recorder features a plastic case. Optional rechargeable battery keeps unit fully operational for up to 24 hours in case of a power failure.

Each day has two sets of in/out slots for time punching. The top of the card has prompts for name and the ending date for the pay period.
